ExpoBooth.ai Selected for AI Demo Day Live at IBTM World Barcelona!
ExpoBooth.ai has been selected as one of only 10 start-ups to participate in AI Demo Day Live at IBTM World in Barcelona this November — alongside Julius Solaris and Boldpush.
For us, this is more than a stage slot. It’s a signal that the industry is moving from “AI curiosity” to AI adoption — and that practical, production-ready AI for exhibition design is now firmly on the agenda.
What is AI Demo Day Live (and why it matters)
AI Demo Day Live is built for one thing: real demonstrations.
Not theory. Not hype. Not “coming soon”.
It’s where the events industry gets to see which tools can genuinely improve speed, quality, and outcomes — and which ones are still stuck at the concept stage.
Being selected means ExpoBooth.ai will be showing our workflow live, in front of an audience that includes:
- Event agencies and creative studios
- Exhibition stand builders
- Brand and event marketing teams
- Event tech leaders and innovation teams
Why ExpoBooth.ai was selected
Exhibition design has a specific problem: the early-stage concept phase is slow, expensive, and hard to iterate.
ExpoBooth.ai exists to remove that bottleneck — by turning briefs, moodboards, sketches, photos, or CAD into pitch-ready booth concepts in minutes, with human oversight to keep outputs credible, on-brand, and buildable.
What makes our approach different is that it’s built specifically for exhibition design logic — not generic image generation.
What we’ll be demonstrating at IBTM World
At AI Demo Day Live, we’ll be showcasing how teams can:
- Generate booth concept directions fast (without sacrificing coherence)
- Apply brand changes and iterate quickly (without restarting)
- Produce multi-angle renders and close-ups suitable for proposals
- Create cinematic motion videos that help stakeholders buy in
- Move from “one idea” to “explored options” within the same working session
In short: faster iteration, stronger pitches, better decisions.
Why this matters for agencies, builders, and exhibitors
The biggest shift isn’t just speed — it’s what speed unlocks.
When iteration becomes easy:
- Agencies can present more strategic options without blowing timelines
- Builders can align earlier on feasibility and intent
- Exhibitors can get stakeholder approval faster (because they can actually see the direction clearly)
- Teams stop settling for “good enough” because they ran out of time
The result is better work — and better outcomes — across the whole process.
See you in Barcelona this November 🇪🇸
If you’re attending IBTM World and want to see what exhibition-specific AI looks like when it’s built for real-world delivery, come and watch the live demo.
We’ll share more details soon on timings, what we’re showing, and how to book time with the team during the show.
