- “Creative Assets” refers to all renders, 3D videos, immersive walkthroughs, and other content generated via the platform.
- “Output” means any file, design, or content delivered to the Client.
3. Service Description
ExpoBooth.ai provides AI-powered exhibition and trade show booth design services, including high-quality renders, 3D videos, and VR walkthroughs. All outputs are generated by proprietary AI models with human oversight to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
4. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are placed via the website or as agreed in writing via email.
- Pilot partners may receive discounted pricing as specified in pilot agreements.
- Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Standard payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All intellectual property rights in the underlying AI models, software, and workflow remain the property of ExpoBooth.ai Ltd.
- Upon full payment, Clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display the Creative Assets delivered as part of their order, for their own business purposes (including marketing, sales, and event participation).
- Clients may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Creative Assets except as part of their own exhibition or client projects, unless agreed in writing.
- ExpoBooth.ai retains the right to use anonymised versions of Creative Assets for portfolio, marketing, and demonstration purposes, unless the Client requests exclusion in writing.
6. Client Materials & Third-Party Rights
- Clients are responsible for ensuring any materials (logos, branding, content) they provide do not infringe third-party rights.
- ExpoBooth.ai is not liable for infringement arising from Client-supplied materials.
7. Output Quality & Human Oversight
- ExpoBooth.ai uses a combination of AI automation and expert human review to ensure outputs are accurate and on-brand.
- While every effort is made to ensure high quality, minor variations or errors may occur. Clients must review outputs and report any material issues within 7 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ExpoBooth.ai’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.
- ExpoBooth.ai is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of Creative Assets.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate Services for material breach with 14 days’ written notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Amendments
ExpoBooth.ai may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
