1. Introduction<\/h3>\n
These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of ExpoBooth.ai\u2019s services and platform (\u201cServices\u201d), operated by ExpoBooth.ai Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales (Company Number: 16906022), with its registered office at Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/div>\n

2. Definitions<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \u201cClient\u201d refers to any individual or entity using ExpoBooth.ai\u2019s Services.<\/li>\n
  • \u201cCreative Assets\u201d refers to all renders, 3D videos, immersive walkthroughs, and other content generated via the platform.<\/li>\n
  • \u201cOutput\u201d means any file, design, or content delivered to the Client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Service Description<\/h3>\n
    ExpoBooth.ai provides AI-powered exhibition and trade show booth design services, including high-quality renders, 3D videos, and VR walkthroughs. All outputs are generated by proprietary AI models with human oversight to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.<\/div>\n

    4. Ordering & Payment<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Orders are placed via the website or as agreed in writing via email.<\/li>\n
    • Pilot partners may receive discounted pricing as specified in pilot agreements.<\/li>\n
    • Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n
    • Standard payment terms are immediate.<\/li>\n
    • Refunds are possible before the project has been processed. After processing, when costs have been incurred the Company , a refund is no longer possible.<\/li>
    • Monthly retainer package orders are subject to a minimum term of 3 months, and are invoiced via automated recurring invoices. 14 days written notice is required to terminate monthly retainer packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Intellectual Property & Copyright<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • All intellectual property rights in the underlying AI models, software, and workflow remain the property of ExpoBooth.ai Ltd.<\/li>\n
      • Upon full payment, Clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display the Creative Assets delivered as part of their order, for their own business purposes (including marketing, sales, and event participation).<\/li>\n
      • Clients may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Creative Assets except as part of their own exhibition or client projects, unless agreed in writing.<\/li>\n
      • ExpoBooth.ai retains the right to use anonymised versions of Creative Assets for portfolio, marketing, and demonstration purposes, unless the Client requests exclusion in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Client Materials & Third-Party Rights<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Clients are responsible for ensuring any materials (logos, branding, content) they provide do not infringe third-party rights.<\/li>\n
        • ExpoBooth.ai is not liable for infringement arising from Client-supplied materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Output Quality & Human Oversight<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • ExpoBooth.ai uses a combination of AI automation and expert human review to ensure outputs are accurate and on-brand.<\/li>\n
          • While every effort is made to ensure high quality, minor variations or errors may occur. Clients must review outputs and report any material issues within 7 days of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            8. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • ExpoBooth.ai\u2019s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.<\/li>\n
            • ExpoBooth.ai is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of Creative Assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              9. Termination<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Either party may terminate Services for material breach with 14 days\u2019 written notice.<\/li>\n
              • Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                10. Governing Law<\/h3>\n
                These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.<\/div>\n

                11. Amendments<\/h3>\n
